SA coating

SA is a coating developed by Sude Coating for milling cutter applications. It processes steel parts, castings, and stainless steel. Generally, the hardness of the processed material is less than 52HRC, the coating hardness is high, and the friction coefficient is low. Particularly suitable for cutting stainless steel, with reliability and long tool life, it has been widely used in the 3C industry and has been unanimously recognized by many customers.

SA coating has excellent properties such as high wear resistance, high oxidation temperature, low friction coefficient, excellent thermal stability and low cutting resistance.
